Ontec Oy has become part of the Bergman & Beving AB family of companies through an acquisition.
The acquisition will bring continuity and internationalization to Ontec’s business.
The goal is to grow the business in Finland and the Nordic countries.
Ontec will continue as an independent and separate unit within Bergman & Beving. Operations will continue as before.
Kare Kupiainen will continue as the company’s CEO.
