OntecRTM – Real-Time Maintenance software

OntecRTM (Real Time Maintenance) service book software is designed specifically for industrial needs. It provides a real-time view of device maintenance, spare parts management, work orders, and fault reports.

Real-time situation monitoring

The main maintenance view is visually clear, where the status of service operations is visible at a glance. High-priority devices are automatically listed at the top. The system will remind you of upcoming maintenance measures and alert you if necessary. Reminders can also be sent to the email of selected people.

Device-specific events

The creation of maintenance, inspections and other measures in the system can be done on a usage hour or date basis. All device events are stored in memory and can be browsed later.

Devices and data storage

Device-specific events and hours of use are automatically logged. Documents such as user manuals and photos can be stored in the device’s data.

Integrated spare parts management

Material management is up-to-date – spare parts can be defined on a device-by-device basis, and inventory management is built into the system.

Work order management and fault reports

Maintenance can be created and forwarded to the personnel in accordance with the maintenance plan and as required by the disruption situation.

Maintenance and inspection entries can be made on site with the help of the OntecRTI user interface
